Refund policy

At BBQ LAB, we take pride in creating high-quality BBQ rubs. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if there’s an issue.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food/consumables), we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

We do accept returns on unopened and unused products if you change your mind. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds & Replacements

We will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

  • You received the wrong item in your order.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us and you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Where possible, include a photo of the product and packaging so we can investigate. 

Shipping Costs

  • If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping cost for a replacement.

  • If returning an unopened item due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
